Artist's Description
I had lots of fun photographing my nautilus shell. This time I put it on my light tray and took it outdoors on an overcast day when there was nice even lighting. I used my macro lens. I practiced mindful photography and had lots of fun playing around photographing my shell. Other times, I put objects on a mirror, and hold up a black reflector, to get an interesting background.
This image is lovely printed on paper, metal or canvas. It also is pretty on pillows. If you print it on paper, please choose one of the premium papers. This shell will look lovely on Cool Tone Rag, or Somerset Velvet. Metallic paper will make it look more 3-dimensional and bring out some of the highlights with a glowing sheen. Watercolor paper will make it look softer, and add a bit of texture.

Such encounters include the varieties of emotions evoked, often different for each person. She is...
